Individual
I use a blend of approaches from modern neuroscience, mind-body work, and mindfulness to help you achieve your goals. Many clients feel traditional “talk therapy” can leave them feeling stuck in the same old patterns — my goal is that you create a new experience in therapy and are easily able to translate that feeling of calm, acceptance, or joy into your everyday life.
Children
Children speak in the language of play! I use a blend of play, art, and movement to explore your child’s emotions and experiences in a way that feels safe, fun, and easy. My primary focus is always relationship — your child deserves to feel respected and comfortable every step of the way.
Divorce and Co-Parenting
All families deserve support, regardless of what form they take. Communication still needs to be effective, even after the marriage has ended. My focus in co-parenting therapy is respect, effectiveness, and creating a new normal together. You don’t have to believe the narrative that co-parenting is constant conflict — healing and respect are possible.
Couples
Many couples feel stuck in the same communication ruts. Working with a therapist can help you shift negative habits, safely discover your unmet needs, and help you ask for them in a loving and respectful way. I’ve worked with couples from all ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations, and keep equality at the heart of my work.
Family
Every family is doing the best they can. When conflicts and tension inevitably pop up, therapy can be a good container to have everyone’s perspectives seen, heard, and honored. When working with me, every voice gets heard, and every experience is honored. My goal is that every member feel comfortable in our work together.
